2)  THE REBEL TROJAN'S SPONSORS AND HOSTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE COMPETITION AT ANY TIME DUE TO ANY COVID-19, DISASTER, WEATHER, DANGER OR OTHER EMERGENCY RELATED NECESSITY AS DETERMINED IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION. IF SUCH CANCELLATION OCCURS -- ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED. BUT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION AND OTHER COSTS.
